Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info: email, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), display name, full legal name.
• KYC fields: phone number, date of birth, home address. Collected to simulate identity verification; not currently verified by a third party.
• Activity: your deposits, claims, requests, repayments, and trust score — needed to operate the loop.

How we use it

Only to operate Flolii: authenticate you, run the lending mechanics, calculate trust, and show a public activity ledger. Your sensitive details (email, phone, date of birth, address) are never shown in the public ledger — only you can see your own.

What others can see

Other members can see your display name, full name, location label, avatar color, trust score, and your public loop activity. They cannot see your email, phone, date of birth, or address.

How it's stored

Data is held in a database on our hosting provider. Passwords are hashed. As a demo, the system has not undergone a formal security audit; encryption-at-rest and other hardening come with the compliance phase before any real money is handled.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We don't share it with third parties except as needed to run the service (e.g., the hosting provider) or if required by law.

Your choices

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting the founder through the account this demo was shared from.

Changes

This policy will be revised — and reviewed by qualified counsel — before Flolii processes real funds or performs real identity verification.
