Flolii is a platform for shared financial support among trusted communities. Members put funds into pools — an open shared pool ("The Pool"), a private personal pool they control, or a shared circle — or post requests, and other members support them, to be paid back with an agreed surcharge by a due date. In its current form, Flolii is a prototype operating with simulated funds for evaluation purposes only. Flolii is not a bank, lender, money transmitter, broker, or investment platform, and nothing here is financial or investment advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
When you claim a deposit or your request is funded, you agree to repay the principal plus the stated surcharge by the due date. Late returns accrue a per-day late fee shown at the time of the transaction. A portion of each surcharge funds a community reserve that may cover defaults. Funding, repayment, and reserve outcomes are not guaranteed.
Flolii calculates a trust score from your activity and applies borrowing caps and concurrency limits. These may change at any time and are provided as-is, without warranty of accuracy.
Flolii is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flolii and its operators are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service, including unreturned funds, defaults, or downtime. Because the current version uses simulated funds, no real financial loss should occur.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or pose a risk to other members.
We may update these terms as the product evolves, especially as Flolii moves toward handling real funds under appropriate licensing and partnerships. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
